TRASHFORMERS – Verwandle Papiermüll in Kunst (SAM)

Vom 22.–24. Oktober lädt die Galerie Wedding zu einem kreativen Upcycling-Workshop mit Papier ein: Trashformers nimmt von Verpackungen bis zu alten Plakaten und Flyern in den Blick, der beim Ausstellungsmachen entsteht und verwandelt ihn in neue Bücher und Zines. Hier wird geschnitten, geklebt und eben „getrasht“ – inklusiv, kreativ und mit Blick auf das, was bleibt. Für Kinder und Jugendliche, die Lust haben, Kunst spielerisch, kreativ und ressourcenschonend zu entdecken.

Das Angebot findet in der Schiller-Bibliothek gegenüber von der Galerie Wedding, Müllerstraße 149, 13353 Berlin statt. Die Teilnahme ist auch an einzelnen Tagen möglich.

Trashfomers in der Galerie Wedding ist eine Kooperation mit den Kommunalen Galerien Berlin-Mitte, der Schiller-Bibliothek und der Kontext Schule.

TRASHFORMERS – Turn Trash into Art

Autumn Holiday Program: October 22–24, daily from 10 am–3 pm

Age group: Children aged 6 and up

From October 22 to 24, Galerie Wedding invites you to a creative upcycling workshop with paper: Trashformers takes a look at everything from packaging to old posters and flyers that are created during the exhibition process and transforms them into new books and zines. Here, participants cut, glue, and “trash” – inclusively, creatively, and with an eye on what remains. For children and young people who want to discover art in a playful, creative, and resource-saving way.

The event will take place at the Schiller Library opposite Galerie Wedding, Müllerstraße 149, 13353 Berlin. Participation is also possible on individual days.

Trashfomers at Galerie Wedding is a cooperation of Kommunale Galerien Berlin-Mitte, Schiller Library, and Kontext Schule.
