Ein Körper in horizontaler Beziehung zur Stadt ist plötzlich ein verletzlicher Körper.

Wie verformt die Stadt einen Körper und wie kann man eine Stadt inszenieren? Die Performance CITYCYBORG geht von der Annahme aus, dass der Mensch die Dinge nicht kontrolliert, sondern von ihnen geformt und beeinflusst wird. Die Art und Weise, wie wir das Leben in unseren urbanen Räumen erleben, ist eine Technik der Improvisation, die Raum aufbauen und konstruieren kann.

Jedes Objekt ist ein Fenster, durch das die Stadt aus einem anderen Blickwinkel erlebt werden kann.“

Bitte halten Sie den Mindestabstand von 1,5m zu anderen Teilnehmenden ein oder tragen Sie eine medizinische Make. Auf dem Rathausvorplatz sind Bänke und Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Es gilt die Platzordnung des Rathausvorplates und aktuellen Hygienemaßnahmen des Landes Berlin.

Langzeit-Performance. Veranstaltung unter freiem Himmel. Keine Anmeldung erforderlich.

A body in horizontality with the city suddenly is a vulnerable body.

How does the city deform a body and how can you stage a city? The performance CITYCYBORG proceeds from the assumption that human beings do not control things, but instead are shaped and influenced by them. How we experience life in our urban spaces is a technology of improvisation that can build up and construct space. Every object is a window to experience the city from another angle.

Durational Performance. Open-air event. No registration required.

Please keep a minimum distance of 1.5m from other participants or wear a medical mask. Some seats and benches are available on the plaza. The site rules of Rathausvorplatz apply as well as the hygiene regulations by the city of Berlin.
